Enable Advanced Tools

With DesignPLUS open in the Rich Content Editor, select the vertical ellipses icon labeled "More Options" in the main navigation of DesignPLUS. A drop-down menu will open. Select the list item labeled "User Settings."
Find and check the box labeled "Enable all Advanced tools." This must be enabled for you to customize quick styles, use the style editor, customize headings styles, manage quick styles, apply attributes, use the HTML editor, customize link grids, and customize banner styles.
