End of Year escape room: re-scheduled to Thursday, May 14? MO has an event that she'd like to go to on Saturday, May 16...

- Students will need to confirm their attendance by signing the waiver by 6pm TODAY.
  - - MO received waivers from the following students at the meeting:
      - Feliza
      - Savannah
      - Juniper
      - Bryson
    - MO will then book the escape room, reserve a van, and complete field trip paperwork and the Event Request form. Here are minutes from our 3/10 meet (PDF: Agenda & Minutes (3_10_26)_ Cougar Pride_EscapeRoom.pdf) to show that we approved to spend $600 on the event ($300 for food and $300 for the escape room).
- Students from Taft will be picked up at the college around 2pm. Will try to reserve a room for 3pm, then dinner and drive back to Taft.
Professor Medina is not available to be the advisor next semester. Would you like to invite another professor or administrator to be the advisor? MO could continue, but only as a chaperone; all planning and paperwork would have to be done by club members.
- Students wanted MO to mention this at the lavender graduation. The Plan B is for Myisha to be the nominal advisor.
Continued RPG game!!!
Right after the meeting: Go to the ASO office to see if we can find our tub of decorations to be used at the photo booth for graduation.

Other event ideas?
- University Pride Centers: What universities are you thinking about transferring to? Then MO will work with the Transfer Counselor (Vicki) and Outreach Coordinator (Cynthai), and maybe the Resident life Council rep.
- Conferences can be LGBTQIA+ or leadership. Conferences can be for California community colleges, for California, or national conferences for students. Everyone look for conferences or other events or speakers, then send info to Advisor MO.
