Steps to install the Honorlock Chrome Extention

Before your exam, you can download the Honorlock Chrome Extension Tool without accessing Canvas by following the steps below. You must have the Google Chrome browser installed on your device to download the extension. Alternately, for a visual guide on downloading the extension tool within Canvas at the time of your exam, refer to the video tutorial above.

Click Add Honorlock Extension. Links to an external site.If the extension is not already installed on your device, then you will be prompted to install it.
Review Honorlock's and Terms of Service and Privacy PolicyLinks to an external site., check the agreement box, and click 'Add Extension' to continue.

A new tab will open in the Google Chrome Store. Click the 'Add to Chrome' button to install the Honorlock Extension and add it to your Chrome browser.

A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click 'Add Extension' to confirm and complete the installation of the Honorlock Extension.

Upon completion, the Honorlock logo will appear in the top right corner of your Chrome browser window.
